Unlike most website solutions, you fully own 100% of the website, including all content, custom code, and features.
Once we build your site, you have ownership. No “proprietary” code restrictions, no content blocks. If you decide to choose another service provider, you keep the website as it currently is.
We believe in freedom and transparency, not leasing your own website.
Unlimited Developer Requests
Every month you’ll gain access to unlimited covered developer requests. This includes most core changes and customizations. We never charge an hourly rate.
If your request is outside covered developer requests, as outlined in our terms and conditions, we’ll quote you a project price.
Whether it takes us 1 extra hour or 40 hours, you won’t be charged more than originally quoted.
Itemized Service Charges
The cost of your website and any ongoing service will include an itemized invoice, listing the costs associated with the service.
We strive for transparency, which is why we’ll log exactly how many developer hours are utilized every month, even when cost is by project.
You’ll receive a monthly report with insights to your website and our ongoing service.
